Nina feels set in life. She’s a sex-positive influencer with the coolest tattoo artist for a boyfriend, 100,000 followers on instagram and a brand deal with Luna Lube, the leading female lubricant company. 

However, Nina’s world is rocked when her makeup rubs off during a Luna Lube photoshoot and exposes some bruises around her neck. When her manager gives her an ultimatum, Nina realises that she must make a huge decision. Does she sustain a lie, and drag her lovely boyfriend down with her, or should she re-brand?

Branded is a one-woman-show that explores what it means to market yourself as a feminist, and asks the lengths we’ll go to project an ideal image of ourselves, even at the expense of our own truth.
